A Christian Ministry Assessment
Faithful ministry begins with following Jesus.
Every follower of Jesus has opportunities to participate in God’s work. Some people naturally teach, others encourage, others discern spiritual needs, and others provide steady care and support. Encourager GATE helps you notice these recurring patterns so you can serve with greater confidence, humility, and purpose.
The assessment explores four ministry dimensions: Guide, Messenger, Watchman, and Shepherd. Together, these dimensions provide a framework for considering how you communicate truth, encourage action, exercise discernment, care for people, and contribute to the life of the church.
GATE does not determine your identity, assign you a ministry office, or replace prayerful discernment. Your identity is found in Jesus Christ. This assessment is simply a tool to help you recognize possible ministry strengths and consider your next faithful step.
