Encourager GIFT is not designed to define your identity. Your deepest identity is found in Jesus Christ. Instead, this free discovery experience helps you reflect on how God may use your gifts, experiences, passions, and ministry style to serve others and participate in His Kingdom work.

The New Testament teaches that God gives gifts to His people for the common good, the building up of the Church, and faithful service to others. Every believer has an important role to play.

Rather than only naming individual spiritual gifts, Encourager GIFT identifies broader patterns of Kingdom impact—how you may guide, encourage, nurture, strengthen, mobilize, and build up the Body of Christ.

Prepare for Your Encourager GIFT Discovery

Before beginning the assessment, you will first complete the Encourager GIFT Discovery Guide. This helpful guide explains the biblical purpose of spiritual gifts, introduces the four GIFT ministry dimensions, and helps you understand how to receive and use your results with humility and wisdom.

At the end of the guide, you will complete a short Gateway Checkpoint. Once the checkpoint is complete, you will be invited to continue to the full Encourager GIFT assessment and receive your personalized ministry impact profile.
